Shipping

• Bag orders are delivered within 1 week of purchase.
• All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
• Not available on orders above ₹30,000.
• Not available for customers whose previous COD orders were rejected at delivery.
• Disclaimer: While Ozel ensures timely dispatch, occasional delays may occur due to courier partner constraints (such as capacity limits, strikes, waterlogging, or other unforeseen disruptions). These are beyond our control, and Ozel cannot be held liable for such delays.

Exchanges & Replacements

• You may request an exchange or replacement within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.
• Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only (style, subject to availability).
• If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue Ozel store credit for future purchases.
• Please note:
• Items purchased with store credit or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Personalized, custom, or marked-down products may be considered final sale.

Refunds

• We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
• All approved returns will be settled via store credit only, once the returned item clears our quality check.
• Store credit will be issued within 5–7 working days of us receiving the product.
